Terms and Conditions

• All guests must comply with the NSW code of conduct for short-term rental accomodation
• Check In time is 3.00pm
• Check Out time is 10.00am
• A minimum 2 night stay applies.
• Rates include GST.
• A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the Guests acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Balance of the rental amount is due 1 month prior to occupancy.  A security bond is payable at the same time
• No refunds for cancellation up to 14 days prior to occupancy.
• The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Pets are not allowed unless a prior arrangement has been made with us. Terms & conditions apply.
• Retro Sands Beach House is a non smoking property. If smoking outside, please dispose of all ash and butts safely.
• Property has 6 beds and can sleep a maximum 6 people.
• Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial use. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm.
• The property is not serviced during stays.
• Reconfiguring or moving furniture is not permitted.
• Please be aware that Guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to appliances, furniture, fixtures and fittings, fair wear and tear excepted. Where additional professional cleaning is required, the Guest may be responsible for the charge.
• Loss – the owners take no responsibility for Guests personal property.
• For your own security, please ensure doors are locked prior to retiring and when departing the property.
• To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and indemnify the owners of Retro Sands Beach House from and against all costs, liabilities, claims, damages and proceedings of any kind (including consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damages for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of, caused by, or resulting from your booking or your stay at the property, except to the extent caused and contributed to by Retro Sands Beach House.
• If part of all of any clause of these Terms and Conditions is illegal, invalid or unenforceable then it will be read down to the extent necessary to ensure that it is not illegal, invalid or unenforceable, but if that is not possible, it will be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue to have full force and effect.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of NSW.
